Job Summary
Administer and engineer Microsoft Office 365 products and Entra (Azure AD), including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Conditional Access, and MFA. Deploy, migrate, and optimize cloud-based solutions while designing secure, scalable architectures for servers, appliances, and virtual infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, manage user accounts and permissions, and perform system backups and recovery operations. Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate cloud solutions, identify vulnerabilities, and implement patches and upgrades per change management processes. Provide on-call technical support for network, hardware, and software issues while maintaining documentation and adhering to security policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent", "10+ years experience in system administration as a subject matter expert in Azure AD/Hybrid, Microsoft Servers, Linux Servers and virtualization", "3 years cloud engineering as a subject matter expert in Azure AD/Hybrid, messaging/office 365 and Teams
