Job Summary
Administer and engineer Microsoft Office 365 products, Entra (Azure AD), and hybrid cloud services including Exchange, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Deploy, migrate, and optimize cloud-based solutions while designing secure, scalable architectures and modernizing core technologies. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage server appliances, and perform system backups and recovery in accordance with firm security policies. Provide on-call technical support for network, hardware, and software problems, assist cyber security investigations, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate optimal cloud solutions and implement configuration changes that meet stakeholder requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years experience in system administration as a subject matter expert in Azure AD/Hybrid, Microsoft Servers, Linux Servers and virtualization
- 3 years cloud engineering as a subject matter expert in Azure AD/Hybrid, messaging/office 365 and Teams
