Senior Systems Analyst - SAP (FICO)

Job Summary
Analyze, document, and validate business requirements, rules, and enhancement requests for SAP FICO solutions. Assess impacts, identify risks, and recommend solutions aligned with best practices while designing, configuring, and implementing systems for finance teams. Prepare functional documentation, provide application support, and execute testing strategies including unit, integration, and regression tests. Develop training materials, act as a subject matter expert, and contribute to implementation, upgrade, and transformation initiatives. This role supports the evolution of critical financial processes across Transat's organization, leveraging expertise in general accounting, controlling, and management accounting within a modern, inspiring work environment.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar SAP functional or systems analyst role
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO
- Participation in at least one major SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation project
- Solid knowledge of financial processes, including general accounting, controlling, and management accounting
- Customer-focused with strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Oral and written fluency in French and English
- A good knowledge of French
