Job Summary
Lead the Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting configuration as the primary technical architect for CorpOS, managing cost books, valuation methods (Actual, Standard, FIFO), and reconciliation between sub-ledgers and the General Ledger; own data integrity across ERP, ArsenalOS, and manufacturing interfaces, ensuring accurate COGS, RBNI, and audit-ready records while coordinating quarterly updates and regression testing. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align physical receiving workflows with technical accounting events, and support compliance with DCAA, GAAP, and contract accounting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred)
- DCAA & CPFF contracting experience a plus
- Manufacturing Financials: Deep understanding of Transactional Accounting, including Receipt Accruals, Landed Cost Management (LCM), and Work-in-Process (WIP) costing
- Strong understanding of the interplay of sales, supply chain, manufacturing and finance processes between CRM, MES, WMS and ERP
- Hands-on experience leading development of capabilities in Oracle or SAP
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to write SQL queries and use OTBI for financial reporting
- Familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA)
- Ability to map a complex physical supply chain into a digital accounting structure
- Excellent business and technical communication skills
- U.S. Citizen or Greencard Holder status required
- Willingness to be in-office full time and travel 25-50% to visit other sites
