Job Summary
Analyze and design complex functionalities, upgrades, and integrations for cross-team projects and major enhancements. Lead functional and system design sessions to produce specifications, model designs using UML 2.5 standards, and interpret business requirements to produce corresponding system solutions. Collaborate with architects and developers to analyze integration files, design database structures, and write SQL queries for analysis. Identify project risks, define mitigation strategies, and recommend solutions considering cost, risk, and feasibility. Support problem analysis, assist QA with test case reviews, and contribute to the Analysis Community of Practice within agile environments. Mentor team members and interface with stakeholders to ensure requirement alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma
- CBAP Certification
- 10+ years of relevant systems analysis experience
- 4 to 5 years of Payments and Forex industry domain experience
- Strong working knowledge of Use Cases and UML
- Exposure to the system or applications being developed
- Understanding of all elements that make up the Forex IT infrastructure
- Development and Production Incident Management experience
