Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Elicit detailed requirements to enhance core systems and financial reporting suites while configuring new functionality and designing processes for operational efficiency. Provide triage and support for Service Requests and incidents, assessing complexity, directing resources, and managing escalations within the IT support lifecycle. Conduct application and system integration testing, perform four-eyes reviews on changes, and deliver third-level support for enhancements and continual improvements. Manage project engagements with client-facing teams, attend formal meetings, and ensure all system enhancements follow the group's change management framework through documentation and deployment. Mentor junior team members and deputise for managers in project areas and business as usual allocations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of strong technical financial services industry knowledge
- Part or fully qualified in a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CGI or relevant IT qualification)
- Exposure to Private Equity products is essential, particularly the eFront suite of applications (eFront Invest and Investment Cafe)
- Advanced PC skills, notably MS Office suite (MS Word & MS Excel)
- Experience or proficiency with programming languages such as VBA & VB Script, SAS, JavaScript and Transact SQL
Desired Qualifications
- Prior business experience in private equity or real assets is preferred
