Senior Systems Analyst – Architecture and Assessment

Job Summary
Conduct architecture trade studies, system performance assessments, and capability gap analyses for missile defense systems and future integrated architectures. Utilize the GTRI Benchmark model to simulate ballistic and hypersonic threat engagements and evaluate system performance across multiple mission threads. Develop and execute analysis scripts and data post-processing routines using MATLAB, then integrate modeling results from AFSIM or other environments to inform architecture design decisions. Requires 10-15+ years of relevant experience, expertise with GTRI Benchmark or AFSIM, and an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10-15+ years relevant experience
- Proven experience in systems engineering supporting missile defense or other complex defense systems
- Expertise with GTRI Benchmark OR AFSIM modeling environments
- Strong understanding of MDA system architectures and experience performing analysis to assess potential performance
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
