Job Summary
Senior Systems Analyst to support the Office of Administrative System Transformation initiatives, focusing on process analysis, technology implementation, and governance with emphasis on AI and automation capabilities. Responsible for engagement with business areas, product owners, technical and security support, and platform vendor contacts; lead process improvement, requirements management, design, testing, and adoption of digital solutions. Provides advanced functional expertise on software applications and integrations, evaluates business processes, develops innovative solutions, coordinates with IT, operations, and stakeholders, and mentors staff. May require evening/weekend hours and 24/7 on-call support as needed.
