Job Summary
Lead and perform advanced IT infrastructure administration, including installation, configuration, and optimization of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise platforms. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues involving servers, networks, databases, and cloud services while ensuring uptime, security, and performance across all systems. Manage backup validation, disaster recovery planning, and patch management to maintain data integrity and compliance. Mentor junior team members, coach support staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive infrastructure improvements and technology modernization. Work independently under limited supervision to resolve advanced network and systems issues, ensuring alignment with organizational operational demands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Six (6) or more years of experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, network administration, or a related field
- At least six (6) years of hands-on experience managing Windows Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, SANs, routers, switches, enterprise backup systems, and related infrastructure
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, or escalation support
- Relevant Microsoft, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or infrastructure certifications
