Job Summary
Conduct advanced technical support for on-premise Active Directory environments, including troubleshooting complex incidents and performing root cause analysis. Maintain and support enterprise network services such as DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems while ensuring compliance with security policies and operational quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain infrastructure stability, resolve complex support tickets within defined SLAs, and proactively identify potential security risks. Manage enterprise IP addressing strategies, subnet allocation, and data center IP topology, and support load balancing platforms. Maintain knowledge base documentation, train team members on troubleshooting techniques, and mentor staff on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Active Directory administration and troubleshooting
- Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems
- Experience with enterprise network infrastructure technologies and data center networking
- Familiarity with enterprise load balancing technologies
- Knowledge of network segmentation, WAN subnet allocation, and VRF management
- Strong incident management and root cause analysis skills
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Other relevant Microsoft or infrastructure security certifications
