Job Summary
Design and support enterprise network infrastructure including system architecture, datacenter virtualization, and CAN/MAN/LAN packet capture. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, load balancers, and security devices such as stateful firewalls and L3/L4 access controls. Manage TCP/IP protocol stacks, routing/switching protocols, and IPSEC VPNs while utilizing Atlassian tools and ticketing systems to track tasks in a live environment. Support on-call requirements and maintain security boundaries across virtualization platforms like VMware and Solaris containers. Requires TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with both Polygraphs
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university
- 8 years minimum experience OR No Degree + 10 years minimum experience OR 8 (eight) years demonstrable experience in network engineering (LAN), architecture, monitoring, security, and protection
- datacenter network design and architecture experience
- installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPSEC virtual private networks
- 2 (two) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree

- Able to work in live call environment and utilize remedy and/or other ticketing system to track tasking
