Job Summary
The Senior Systems Administrator role at PAC focuses on maintaining and improving the organization’s IT infrastructure while ensuring cybersecurity and compliance. Candidates should demonstrate a strong background in systems administration and possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communications Technology or related field
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in info systems
- At least three (3) years in system administration or enterprise IT operations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and desktop environments (2016 or later)
- Proficiency in Microsoft administration and identity management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain standardized IT procedures
- Export compliance and the ability to maintain a minimum-security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST SP 800-171 and ISO 27001
- Experience in endpoint protection and mobile device management
- Capability in infrastructure modernization and cloud migration
Additional Requirements
- US citizenship is required
- Applicant must be willing to undergo a background check
