Job Summary

Administer, secure, and optimize enterprise Windows and Linux environments supporting development, test, integration, and production systems. Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability while troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and storage issues to minimize downtime. Install, configure, patch, and upgrade operating systems and enterprise applications, implementing infrastructure changes through established configuration management and change control processes. Collaborate with DevSecOps engineers to automate tasks using scripting and Infrastructure as Code tools, manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity services, and maintain compliance with IC cybersecurity requirements, RMF controls, and STIGs. Provide Tier III operational support and participate in after-hours maintenance windows. Required Qualifications

  • Active TS clearance (with SCI Eligibility)
  • eligibility to obtain CI Poly
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • DoD IAT Level II certification
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
  • 8-12 years of prior relevant experience
  • Master's with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
  • 8+ years of systems administration experience supporting enterprise environments
  • Windows Server administration
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration
  • VMware vSphere administration
  • Active Directory administration
  • DNS/DHCP administration
  • Group Policy administration
  • scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
