Job Summary
Support on-site deployments of IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, printers, switches, and network equipment. Perform hardware installations, cabling, and equipment racking. Configure and troubleshoot LANs and VLANs, manage Microsoft Active Directory, and execute routine PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks. Resolve escalated support tickets and calls, acting as an escalation point for Support Technicians. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless on-site service delivery and assist in Point-of-Sale upgrades. Contribute to internal knowledge base documentation and provide technical oversight for standard tasks. Participate in on-call rotation and travel to field sites up to 40% based on deployment schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or 2 years of related field experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer or handling technical tasks
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment or materials weighing up to 30 pounds frequently
- Travel of up to 40% is required for this position
