Senior System Reliability Engineer

Job Summary
Lead reliability testing, failure analysis, and root cause investigations across a range of products from embedded and automotive to graphics cards and data-center servers. Define and execute reliability test plans for product qualification, establish and continuously improve reliability standards and methodologies (including FMEA and DoE), and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams, suppliers, and partners to meet reliability targets. Provide reliability predictions to ensure products meet requirements and support design reviews to influence reliability improvements throughout design and manufacturing. Requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years in hardware reliability, with strong statistical and communication skills. This role is part of NVIDIA’s Reliability Engineering team working on NVIDIA’s diverse system product range and CSI/DC server infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in hardware reliability or hardware engineering from datacenter, systems, or computer industries
- Hands-on experience in reliability concepts related to high-tech electronic enterprise and consumer products
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and life analysis
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good project management skills
