Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience (or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education)
- 4+ years of experience in Production / Application support
- Experience in Windows and Linux administration (IIS, SQL Server Administration, Windows PowerShell scripting; Unix scripting)
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys
- Experience with app or web servers (Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBOSS)
- DevOps tools/experience (GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ansible)
- Experience with SRE, monitoring tools (ITRS, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Netcool, Elk)
- SSL Certificate management
- Knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Experience with Agile / Kanban methodologies
