Senior System Engineer (Security)

Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineer at Ensono responsible for designing and maintaining the internal technology architecture, providing technical leadership on projects, and defining strategic technology direction. Will identify technology alternatives to meet business needs, develop recommendations, and ensure security and operational reliability across IT processes. Role requires on-call availability outside regular hours and collaboration with business management and IT staff to deliver solutions across hybrid environments, including management of identity services, cloud integrations, and enterprise infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University (preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems) or equivalent experience
- IT Industry Certifications are a plus (MCSE, VCP, CCNA, etc...)
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of related IT Experience managing large enterprise environments, multiple global forests, and complex GPO policies, RDS/Remote Access Administration, Citrix environments
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience managing Active Directory and Okta or equivalent Identity Management
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience administering Office 365, Azure AD, AWS, Cloud and other Identity Management solutions
- Minimum 5 years of experience with scripting (PowerShell) for system administration, auditing, and reporting
- Experience as technical lead in field of expertise
- Experience implementing ITIL-based processes and procedures
- Experience leading small & large projects with business interaction
- Experience in environments with formal project management methodologies and practices
