Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineer responsible for architecture design, integration, testing, implementation, and certification activities across complex systems and system-of-systems environments. Requires active U.S. national security clearance or ability to obtain one, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 15+ years of relevant experience. The role emphasizes data analysis, technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, multi-source data interpretation, and support across operating systems and virtualized environments in a remote/hybrid setting. Experience with Tactical Data Links (TDL), Command and Control (C2) software, and defense programs is highly preferred. This position operates within Accelint’s Forward Slope division, contributing to mission-critical national security initiatives and complex technical programs.
Required Qualifications
- Active U.S. national security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Operations Research, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 15+ years of relevant systems engineering or technical integration experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and data analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts quickly
- Experience working with data from multiple sources to support objectives
- Ability to work independently and with a team
