Job Summary
Conduct critical reviews of solution architect handovers, challenge scope boundaries, and formally raise clarification items during project initiation. Lead high-stakes discovery workshops with senior client users to manage conflicting requirements, ensure deep coverage of exception flows, and deliver comprehensive Requirement Gathering Notes within three business days. Independently architect end-to-end solutions, design robust workarounds for platform bottlenecks, and document functional specifications. Drive functional cross-functional alignment with engineers and product managers, mitigate data schema conflicts, map requirements traceability matrices, and provide authoritative effort estimates for change requests. Act as layer two support during maintenance periods to classify production incidents, create end-user documentation, and verify that all technical artifacts are version-controlled and archived. Mentor junior analysts on solution design and complex integrations.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years overall System/Business Analysis experience
- 2+ years in SaaS / Enterprise software delivery / Consulting / Financial Services background
