Job Summary
Manage IT system infrastructure by providing implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile systems. Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 problems, configure and maintain Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems, and optimize resource utilization through capacity analysis. Escalate status to agency management and internal customers while resolving hardware issues and supporting system design and mission architecture. Requires ten years of system administration experience and a TS/SCI clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience (substitutable for a bachelor's degree)
- Clearance Required: TS/SCI
