Job Summary
Manage IT system infrastructure by providing day-to-day operations support, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices. Execute Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for Linux, Unix, and Windows environments, including system installation, configuration, and integrity maintenance. Diagnose complex issues involving server hardware, applications, and software integration while escalating status to agency management. Optimize system operations and resource utilization through capacity analysis and planning. Support system design and mission architecture within Service Oriented Architecture frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Ten (10) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience (substitutable for a bachelor's degree)
