Job Summary
Senior System Administrator for the CBL Battle Lab Facility at Fort Gordon, GA, onsite role delivering IT, network, and security services to support experimentation and DOTMLPF-P capability gaps. Requires Security+ CE and MCSA certifications with VMware credentials within six months; 5+ years of relevant experience; advanced remote administration, GPO, backup/recovery, and performance monitoring; expertise with collaboration services (Adobe Connect, Exchange, SharePoint); datacenter management, cloud, virtualization, SAN, and asset management; and active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Security+CE (or higher) certification
- MCSA Server 2012 certification
- VMware certification within six months (VCPS-DCV or VMware ESX/VSphere VCP5.5)
- minimum five (5) years of experience administering networks and systems (in the last eight years)
- advanced IT administrator skills: remote administration, remote desktop, GPO management, backups and recovery, performance monitoring
- advanced skills in Collaboration Services: Adobe Connect Server, Chat Services, SharePoint Portal, Exchange Server
- expertise in datacenter management, cloud services, virtualization, SANs, data backups, asset management
- strong remote troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Top Secret Security clearance with SCI eligibility
