Job Summary
Design, deploy, and maintain server and network infrastructure, including physical and virtual environments, while monitoring system performance and implementing updates for efficiency. Develop disaster recovery and backup solutions, perform advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues, and administer virtualization platforms such as VMware. Enhance security by managing patches, conducting vulnerability assessments, and collaborating with the IT Security Specialist to ensure compliance. Create documentation for systems and lead IT projects including migrations, upgrades, and new technology implementations. Mentor junior IT staff and foster professional development within the team.
