Job Summary
Install, configure, and maintain operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, in AWS environments. Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered packages while scheduling tasks in accordance with established IT policies. Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels and ensure data integrity by evaluating hardware and software solutions. Implement system backups and database archive operations to ensure data/media recoverability. Conduct routine hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with standards and configuration guidelines. Develop and maintain a comprehensive configuration database and standard operating procedures. Requires TOP SECRET clearance, Bachelor's degree, and 8+ years of experience.
