Job Summary
Manage Globals Network & IT Infrastructure, administering Windows/Linux/Mac desktops, email via Office 365, and servers. Configure firewalls, DNS, and Active Directory while overseeing cloud hosting on AWS, Azure, or Digital Ocean. Implement network security, manage printers, and support user endpoints with database installations and application whitelisting. Conduct regular backup audits and manage IVRS servers for remote workforce VPNs. Requires five years of experience in systems and network administration.
Required Qualifications
- At Least 5 years of Experience in System / IT / Network Administration
- understanding of Windows & Linux OS Installation and Configuration
- experience in managing and administration of Office 365
- experience in Active Directory management
- knowledge on Domain, DNS Setup and Web Hosting
Desired Qualifications
- Shell Scripting knowledge for Linux and Powershell for Windows
- knowledge on Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure or Digital Ocean
