Job Summary
Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory services, and virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere and Microsoft Azure. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 systems, perform patching, and oversee file, print, and application servers. Administer Group Policy Objects, DNS, and DHCP while implementing security hardening standards and endpoint protection. Monitor server performance, analyze system logs, and resolve escalated incidents from Level 1 support teams. Conduct backup validation, disaster recovery planning, and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues. Document operational procedures and provide periodic infrastructure health reports.
Required Qualifications
- 4 – 6 Years
- Strong experience with Windows Server Administration
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management
- VMware vSphere/ESXi administration
- Microsoft Azure administration
- PowerShell scripting
- Windows Patch Management (WSUS/SCCM/Intune)
- Backup solutions (Veeam preferred)
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Experience supporting production environments with minimal downtime
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Microsoft certifications is good to have
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
