Job Summary
Drive patient engagement and therapy adoption for the Symplicity Spyral Renal Denervation System in high-potential Orlando East markets. Execute focused outreach strategies to activate new accounts, develop relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians, and support contract signing processes. Act as a therapy specialist to educate providers on device benefits and pathways while collaborating with senior territory managers for consistent messaging. Maintain accurate records of account activity and adhere to all regulatory guidelines and ethical standards. Operate flexibly with frequent travel within the assigned territory, requiring a valid driver's license and ability to reside within the Orlando region.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years OR Associate's Degree and 6+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Valid driver's license
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
- Sit/stand/walk for 6–8 hours per day
- Operate a moving vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance
- Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience selling B2B OR medical, with a proven track record in new product launches
- Demonstrated success in sales hunting and developing new accounts, driving market penetration for innovative technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or Business preferred
- Ability to teach, train, and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support teams on new devices and therapies
- Consistent top-tier performance (Top 10%), including recognition such as President's Club or equivalent awards
