Job Summary
Senior Sustainability & Strategy Consultant at Neture Impact (a spin-off of VML The Cocktail) working on sustainability strategy projects for major clients. Responsibilities include supporting the delivery and leadership of complex projects, contributing to proposal development and client engagement, and conducting research and knowledge-building activities. The role emphasizes autonomy with a flexible work model—remote, hybrid, or on-site—and collaboration across a multinational, multi-disciplinary team. Requirements include 4+ years in strategy consulting, fluency in Spanish and English, and ability to lead proposals and client workstreams, with a focus on sustainability outcomes aligned to UN SDGs and business value. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in strategy consulting
- Strong interest in sustainability and its application across different sectors
- Experience in sustainability-related projects (desirable)
- Relevant sustainability certifications (a plus)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Proven ability to lead proposals and project workstreams independently
- Capacity to immerse yourself in clients’ organisational reality to understand their culture, processes and behaviours
- Ability to identify client needs and new business opportunities
