Senior Sustainability & Marketing Analyst

Job Summary
Administer the Altruistiq sustainability data platform, conducting quarterly validation cycles and delivering completion reports to drive on-time submissions across manufacturing sites. Lead Life Cycle Assessments to substantiate environmental claims and develop dashboards that streamline data pulls for internal stakeholders. Manage regulatory compliance programs including Extended Producer Responsibility reporting, Sedex audits, and annual sustainability disclosures. Support commercial growth by researching market trends, developing competitive intelligence databases, and creating marketing materials for customer engagements. Partner with Commercial, R&D, and Operations teams to drive strategic decision-making and customer-facing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Marketing or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, market research, marketing/business analytics, or a related analytical role
- Demonstrated experience with sustainability data platforms and GHG reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, Scope 1/2/3)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with high level of attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience managing large datasets and translating data into business insights
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong internal and external relationships

- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of the packaging, plastics, or manufacturing industry
