Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a diverse mixed-use property portfolio, managing landlord-tenant relationships and supervising on-site staff including Building and Facility Managers. Prepare detailed client reports, ensure accurate rent and service charge collection, and progress tenant applications for lease alterations or assignments. Conduct regular property inspections to verify tenant compliance with lease obligations regarding use and maintenance, while reading leases and maintaining accurate data in property management systems. Collaborate with the Facilities Team to ensure legislative compliance and assist clients with due diligence for property acquisitions and disposals.
Required Qualifications
- MRCIS or similarly qualified
- experience of managing a similar property portfolio
- A proactive, practical, and positive approach to work
- willingness to help others who need additional support
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Demonstrate authentic passion, ambition, and a strong work ethic
- Be proficient in the use industry software such as Tramps, Qube, Yardi, Horizon and Re-leased
Desired Qualifications
- MRCIS is preferred
