Job Summary
Oversee and manage the daily operations of a diverse mixed-use property portfolio, ensuring legal compliance and maximizing investment value. Prepare formal client reports, accurately raise and collect rents and service charges, and progress tenant applications for lease alterations, subletting, or assignment. Conduct regular property inspections to verify tenant compliance with lease obligations regarding use and maintenance, while reading leases and maintaining accurate data in the property management system. Supervise on-site staff including Building Managers and Facility Managers, and assist clients with due diligence for property acquisitions and disposals.
Required Qualifications
- MRCIS or similarly qualified
- experience of managing a similar property portfolio
- A proactive, practical, and positive approach to work
- willingness to help others who need additional support
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Demonstrate authentic passion, ambition, and a strong work ethic
- Be proficient in the use industry software such as Tramps, Qube, Yardi, Horizon and Re-leased
Desired Qualifications
- MRCIS is preferred
