Senior Surveyor

Senior Surveyor role focused on expanding the firm’s IOS market share across London, the South East, and Home Counties, with a primary emphasis on business development and portfolio management. You will work with directors to drive expansion, identify and secure new instructions from institutional clients, lead acquisition work across a broad client base, and manage assets across Retail, Industrial, IOS, Office, and Development sectors. The role offers a clear pathway to equity partnership, a high-commission structure (25% to 35%), and an OTE exceeding £100,000. You will collaborate on high-level business strategy, mentor staff, and shape the firm’s expansion strategy within London, South East, and Home Counties.
