Senior Surveyor (Rural)

Manage retained estate management portfolios throughout the East Midlands, leading client development and executing lease renewals, rent reviews, and landlord-tenant advice. Account for income and expenditure management while delivering CAPEX and budgeting for clients. Actively promote Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance principles, and work with landowners and farmers to identify natural capital income opportunities. Advise organizations on ESG ambitions by defining objectives and optimizing natural capital assets. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours) includes a hybrid working policy. The position offers a discretionary bonus scheme, car allowance, and an enhanced holiday scheme up to 30 days. Candidates must be MRICS qualified with a training background in Rural Surveying or Natural Capital.
