Job Summary
Senior Surveyor for Rural portfolio delivering professional advice to estate and land-owning clients. Primary duties include day-to-day professional guidance, managing existing client relationships, drafting agreements and deals related to rural estates and property portfolios, expanding the team through business development, collaborating with planning, valuation, energy/infrastructure, agency and natural capital teams to generate new opportunities, supporting internal process improvements, ensuring legal and corporate compliance, and assisting with pitch reports and presentations. The role requires a chartered surveyor with a track record in rural professional and estate management services, strong relationship-building skills, and an ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered surveyor
