Job Summary
Senior Surveyor role within the National Transaction Team delivering landlord and tenant advisory services. Responsibilities include advising clients on lease events (rent reviews, renewals, break clauses, dilapidations), interpreting lease provisions and case law, analyzing market comparables and valuation data to support negotiations, preparing detailed reports and calculations, monitoring critical lease dates, supporting dispute resolution (arbitration/expert determination), maintaining records in line with legislation and RICS guidance, and contributing to team development. Requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, ability to manage multiple assignments, and typically 1–3 years of experience in landlord/tenant advisory or related field; MRICS preferred or pursuing qualification. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Law (with L&T specialism) MRICS preferred or working towards professional qualification considered
