Job Summary
Conduct CPO promotion, valuation, and acquisition support for major mixed-use development projects from conception to delivery. Collaborate with external consultants, senior colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver client objectives while managing negotiations with landowners and claimants. Provide property valuation, cost estimates, and drafting of objections, assisting Partners and Senior Associates on a project-by-project basis. Mentor graduate surveyors and cross-sell consultancy services internally and externally. Report to Partners and Senior Associates, ensuring strategies move forward realistically and responsibly.

Desired Qualifications
- Level 3 in Valuation with a view to become an RICS Registered Valuer
