Job Summary
Senior Surveyor/Associate in Asset Valuation team delivering valuations for financial reporting, loan security, acquisition, disposal and asset management, with responsibilities spanning inspections, measurement surveys, comparable analysis, planning and statutory investigations; prepares valuation models, cashflows and development appraisals across commercial/operational property sectors; supports large-scale portfolio instructions, client relationships, and development of scalable internal systems and best practices; leverages analytics, data-driven reporting, and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and reporting; mentors team members and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to grow the service line.
Required Qualifications
- MRICS qualified or working towards qualification
- RICS Registered Valuer status (or progressing towards it)
- Strong Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience in undertaking commercial and/or operational valuations
- Travel will be required in this role
- Driving licence is essential
