Job Summary
Inspect buildings throughout Manchester and the North West, reporting on disposal, acquisition options, and strategy for occupiers, developers, and investors. Implement marketing plans, conduct viewings, and negotiate Heads of Terms while carrying out development appraisals and viability assessments. Undertake business development to identify and secure new instructions for industrial property and land transactions. This role sits within the Avison Young Industrial team, supporting lettings, sales, and acquisitions. The position requires knowledge of the industrial market and main developers/investors in the Northwest, with an MRICS Chartered Surveyor status being desirable.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
