Job Summary
Senior Survey Technician responsible for producing high-quality survey maps, exhibits, surfaces, and models with minimal supervision. Supports Project Surveyors and Licensed Land Surveyors by performing complex drafting, data processing, and computation tasks. Focus on transforming field data into accurate, complete, and compliant survey deliverables with strong CAD proficiency and knowledge of land records, boundary and easement analysis under licensed supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent years of experience in Land Surveying
- 5+ years’ experience in Land Surveying
- Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) California, preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, required
- Experience with Trimble Business Center, required
- Knowledge of utility plans
