Senior Survey CAD Technician

Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project requirements are met in the office and field, then process field data to perform initial CAD work on land survey deliverables. Conduct quality control checks on-site and for plats and drawings prepared by others, evaluating accuracy, sufficiency, and compliance with professional standards and regulations. Prepare land survey plats, legal descriptions, and alignment drawings while monitoring field crew production and providing technical office support for field crews. Perform deed research, deed plotting, and map checks to verify work quality and ensure schedules and productivity objectives are met.
