Job Summary
Guide design staff on drafting practices and procedures while utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D to generate drawings for ALTA surveys, final plats, and construction layouts. Analyze project survey data regarding legal descriptions and easement documents, then responsibly edit plans based on client and municipal directives. Maintain open communication with Project Managers and Team Leaders to ensure workflow status aligns with chargeability goals. This role supports diverse projects across Atwell's national portfolio in real estate, land development, and energy markets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of previous AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience
- High School Diploma Required
- Thorough understanding of Altas, Topo's, Boundaries, and Construction Staking
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Trimble Business Center (TBC) Preferred
- Associated Degree Preferred
