Job Summary
Lead the staff team in delivering person-centred care for individuals with mental health, Autism, and learning disabilities. Provide advocacy and support to ensure staff perform duties effectively while taking sole responsibility for a service area during shifts. Maintain excellent written and reading English standards alongside strong numeracy skills, and communicate effectively across all levels. Drive independently as a valid full UK driving licence is essential. Join the Residential Team in Llandysul with full-time hours ranging from 37.5 to 45 weeks, reporting to the Registered Manager.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to drive
- QCF Level 3 Qualified (Or working towards QCF Level 3)
- Proficient to a good standard of written and reading English
- Proficient to a good standard of numeracy
- Knowledgeable about issues relating to equal opportunities
- Able to work independently
- An effective communicator at all levels
- Proven experience in care
- A valid Full UK Driving Licence
- 1 year Care experience
