Senior Support Manager

Senior Support Manager to own end-to-end DWX client support experience for a regulated DWX function, leading incident response, escalation management, service quality, and team performance. You’ll be the face of DWX to executives and operations leaders, set the standard for elite service, build the team, processes, and metrics for durable fixes in a fast-moving, regulated environment, and partner with Operations Engineering, Product Management, and Business Technology to align support with roadmaps and business strategy. The role requires 8+ years in IT support or service delivery leadership, managing 15+ people, and deep DWX familiarity, including endpoint management, identity, collaboration platforms, and ITSM. You’ll drive problem management, post-incident learning, and cross-functional collaboration to prevent recurring incidents, while communicating effectively with senior stakeholders and delivering measurable client satisfaction.
