Job Summary
Diagnose, test, repair, and validate next-generation AI compute hardware supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, with a focus on NVIDIA and AMD platforms. Perform advanced hardware troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and physical repairs of AI infrastructure. Execute repair validation through dedicated CDU test infrastructure and complete engineering observation reports for manufacturing and quality teams. Serve as a technical resource during coolant leak events and may participate in weekend coverage and on-call rotations. This role is a core member of the Oracle Repair Center, working closely with Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Global Product Engineering to improve hardware reliability and operational efficiency.
