Job Summary
Senior Support Analyst to join the Information Technology team. Responsibilities include logging and monitoring desktop operations, aiding network and server groups to maintain the corporate infrastructure, acting as liaison with third-party support and PC vendors, developing long-term desktop hardware strategies, providing end-user support for software and hardware, performing onsite analysis and remote diagnostics for mobile technology, and delivering deskside and Service Desk support to fulfill business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, telecommunications, engineering, math, science, or a closely related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
- 3+ years of experience with system application and analysis; experience in documentation, presentation tools, and project management tools
