Job Summary
Senior Supply Planner responsible for end-to-end supply planning of finished goods across a complex, fast-moving CPG environment. You will be the central link between demand, inventory health, supplier performance, and operational readiness, leading from start to finish with purchase and transfer orders, building strong vendor relationships, and proactively identifying risks with long-lead items. The role requires optimizing inventory to prevent stockouts and reduce obsolescence, analyzing data trends to improve planning accuracy, monitoring KPIs, and driving corrective actions. You will own and evolve planning tools, dashboards, and processes to enhance visibility and efficiency and lead cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. Occasional travel to vendors for procurement and relationship-building is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in supply or production planning (CPG preferred)
- Strong Excel proficiency (advanced functions expected)
- Experience building dashboards, tools, and planning models
- ERP and inventory management system experience required
- APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
