Job Summary
Senior Supply Planner - SAP IBP responsible for owning and executing the monthly supply planning cycle in SAP IBP, generating and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS), converting the demand plan into a feasible supply plan while incorporating demand changes, and balancing demand with inventory targets and capacity constraints under flexibility guidelines. Requires strong Excel and analytical skills, potential Power BI experience, and an appreciation for international exposure and automation/AI considerations. The role emphasizes coordinating flows between manufacturing sites, vendors, and distribution centers to ensure timely, cost-effective operations and optimal inventory within HP’s Large Format Hardware and Accessories division.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business administration (recommended)
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus
- International exposure highly valued
- Automation skills and/or AI experience are a plus
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related discipline or demonstrated competence
