Job Summary
Senior Supply Planner to own US supply planning and buy recommendations using demand inputs, current inventory, lead times, MOQs/pack sizes, and SAP-based processes; provide monthly supply outlook and Open-to-Buy inputs; monitor demand and supply timing with SAP/Excel trackers; identify risks and opportunities, and re-phase supply to meet service and inventory objectives. Collaborate with Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Finance, Operations, and Sourcing to support financial objectives while balancing service, inventory, and cost; participate in and/or lead projects to evolve planning capabilities (SAP utilization, Excel-based reporting/analytics); perform ad hoc analysis to support leadership decisions and continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experience in a Corporate Supply Chain environment, with strong Excel and SAP experience; APICS/IBF certifications and Power BI skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field (preferred concentration in Supply Chain or Business Management)
- 3+ years of experience in a Corporate Supply Chain environment, ideally in Demand & Supply planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with SAP for planning and purchasing processes (e.g., creating and routing purchase requisitions)
- Experience with reporting/analytics tools (Brio/SAP Business Objects/PowerBI)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Finance, Operations, Sourcing
- Ability to analyze trends and exceptions to drive follow-up actions and performance improvements
- APICS or IBF Certifications are a plus
- Power BI experience is a plus
