Job Summary
Senior Supply Chain Traceability Consultant responsible for shaping the end-to-end onboarding model for food traceability across retailers and hundreds of suppliers, designed to scale with AI-native tooling and data-quality improvements. You will own the engagement model for onboarding retailers end-to-end, design onboarding flex as the retailer category expands, orchestrate stakeholders at scale, and hand over to Customer Success with clear risk and expansion documentation. The role requires delivering tangible outcomes, owning data quality gaps, and moving customers live with value. The position is Madrid-based with hybrid work options and ~20% travel to international customers; English is mandatory, German or Spanish strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in consulting, supply chain operations, procurement, data analytics, or regulatory implementation
- Track record designing an engagement or onboarding model
- Comfort working across the full chain with multiple stakeholders (corporate sustainability leads, buyers, QA, IT, suppliers)
- Fluent English; German or Spanish strongly preferred; additional languages a plus
