Job Summary
Manage external expectations and logistics performance while coordinating with Sales, Service, and support functions like F&A, Quality, and Purchasing. Oversee 3PL contracts, performance metrics, and payments, ensuring On-Time In-full High-Quality delivery and inventory accuracy. Continuously improve quality, shorten lead times, and reduce costs through volunteer-based projects and quick wins. Perform as a specialist to share knowledge, conduct generic trainings, and maintain compliance with external regulations and internal policies. Requires a bachelor's degree, 2-3 years in international order processing or logistics, SAP expertise, and fluency in English and Chinese.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor degree
- At least 2-3 years working experiences in fields of international order processing and/or logistics management
- Experienced SAP user
- Experienced in E2E supply chain incl. international transportation, customs clearance, warehousing and domestic transportation
- Experienced in logistics knowledge of import & export of FTZ, bonded zone; Apply for CCC certification; temporary import and secondhand import
- Fluent English & Chinese both written and spoken
- Good at analysis and reporting
- Good command of MS office and Microsoft PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in chemical goods import is plus
- Continuous improvement & digitialization project experience is plus
- PowerBI is plus
